He was a coworker and we aren't sure if he killed himself or if it was an accident, waiting on the autopsy.

I'm so sorry. Often an unexpected loss rattles us into reflection and sometimes that reflection results in our making positive changes. I always think that is the most sincere way to honor someone's passing. You and your co-worker are in my thoughts and prayers.
