Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

that I have used before. It has a pretty thorough and user friendly way of charting your moods. And like this site you can invite caregivers to join. I do believe they offer some supprt groups as well. But I just use it to rate my mood. They also send you daily reminders, and then you do a monthly evaluation at the end of the month.
