I am SO SORRY to hear that for you. Truly torture. I went through that for quite a minute and am thankful I broke down and called my pdoc. It was getting scary. I don’t know why I feel like I’m weak when I need to call him....but I do. I hope you feel better quickly and if you don’t I hope you’ll call your doc. You are in my thoughts and prayers. ❤️

here - I do hope your day goes well today. Yesterday I went to a store to pick up an online order and shop for food in the store. I had bad upset stomach all night and ran to the bathroom many times and thought maybe I got the virus. I hope it is just a mild flu. My mood right now is hard to describe. I know I will have to take it easy. I hope you will at least have an okay day today. I myself am going to try to enjoy writing the bill payments and hope to get some things done and forgive myself for not being able to move fast.

Big hug here..... I struggled with a mixed episode for quite some time... Miserable... I sure feel for you

It was the right medication that brought me out of it.... Maybe call you pdoc if you don't start to feel better soon.... xo

Sorry. But with a mixed episode you are happily depressed. I get them about once a month. I up the antidepressants and figure I won’t sleep for four days. I give my the car keys and wallet.

I just end up trying to hold on and not do anything stupid

Howdy here,

Welcome and I can only second the motion mixed episodes suck! Don't expect anything of yourself...If you can find a dumb movie to watch that will help...until the meds kick in!

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
