In 1988 Prozac was a new kind of drug (SSRI), and the marketing made Prozac a household brand name.

I took it back then, in the early 90s. It made me edgy.

I used prozac briefly back in the day and the more I found out about it made me glad I quit using it.

I do not remember which SSRI I was on but I know it didn't work that well just helped me sleep maybe but that was all.

Interesting. I think I took this for social anxiety years ago? It was ineffective.

I was on Prozac back in the 90's and it worked great! I was a new person.
5 years ago my pdoc put me on it again as I just couldn't get out of my depression. I was on it for 18 months. I was nauseous every single day. Doc and I couldn't figure it out since I'm on so many meds.
It turned out to be the Prozac. It worked so well for my mental attitude I was sorry to have to stop.
