There are so many toopics that I want to read and several posts that I want to make, but I shouldn't be on here because the of the intensity of the screen. Ok, I have my eeyes closed (took typing in college_; so I can't see typos, etc. Hope to bgbe back tomorrow.

Hope you feel better soon. Maybe find some yellow sunglasses that block out the blue light or just regular ones to help your eyes withstand the strain.

They hurt so badly, it sucks you have to go through it. Migraines I can empathize with.

I got this migraine headband that you wear 20 min once a day and it vibrates on your forehead. Sounds bizarre but I haven't had a migraine in 6 weeks and I used to get them 2x/wk or more. Called Cefaly. www.cefaly.us About $300. Worth it. Best wishes for an end to these horribly painful things.

Thanks for the support and suggestions. I began feeling better yesterday and it turned out to be a productive day; always a good thing. I'm going to have to find sunglasses for blue light and try dimming my screen. I'd forgotten that I have a device that sends electric pulses to nerves; have to dig it out.

Ugh. I'm sorry you get those. I've been around family and friends with migraines and they just seem awful.

I've also never had a migraine but I get intense headaches. I know they don't compare. Have you looked into that new migraine medication? (I can't remember the name). I hope you continue to feel better! HUGS!

Biofeedback helped me control my migranes. I know they still sell the little machines for it, pretty cheap too. I'm sure there's info on the internet. You hook yourself up and by "thinking" you make the beeping stop, which is also relaxing the muscles in your head. It's great!

Topamax was the best thing for me. I was on 200 mg for weight management. It sucked for that but the best thing was no migraines for 5 years. I would get occasional headaches but Tylenol took care of that. Regret letting that med go...

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
