Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Big hug of comfort for you..x
"Ive had many worries in my life, most of them have never happened".
This quote gives me great comfort.
Stay on your meds and talk to your doctor about stress.
Big hugs heretic!
Hang in there.....yep, I know it sounds lame.
But it does work, keep up with your meds and see if you can get a visit in with your Pdoc
I hate to see you feeling so badly
Hugs

Maybe you could look into some coping strategies and skills. I know that has helped me. I don't know why some of us don't learn them, but it is never too late. Big hugs though, and hope it doesn't happen the way you envision it.
Mine, too.
I ran out of clonapin and last night was pure h*ll. I couldn't sleep.
I cannot suggest but what the others have suggested. What folks dont' realize with me is that I can't just rush up into my therapists office or my psychiatrists office and say "Hey, it's an emergency." I always have to call ahead and so these crises just keep piling up and making me sick.
If you have a NAMI support group in your area (which I dont' always condone but if you need folks to talk to) I'd try NAMI in addition to your meds and the therapy. There is also AA and Recovery, Inc.
In other news, I suppose that there are friends to call if needed.
Hang in there as much as you can. Might want to ask a smart person by pm on here if the problem is huge enough.
(((((((((((((((Heretic)))))))))))))))))))))))
I'm highly self centered and selfish but once in awhile I am thoughtful enough to say "Yes, I know how you feel."
Prayers and thoughts are going your way.
Peace and love

I hope do what you can to try and soften the impact of these horrible feelings.
