Anyone here on lamictal? I cut my lamictal from 200 mg to 100 to see if it would help me sleep better. Didn't make a difference I'm on Seroquel now but anyway.... I'm wondering if I'm putting my bipolar problems back into gear... What are your thoughts..

Lamictal is not a drug to mess with.
I had sleep issues also with lactimal. When do you take it? I now take mine in the morning then another dose at lunchtime.
They can be frustrating at first but ultimately the routine of taking them at the same time each day (as well as having them in your system at the same time) does really the best result in the process of mental health management.
