I am new to bipolar ii, & just starting to figure out how to manage disease. Therapist says to make sure to keep my sleep well regulated to help control escalatin mania. So of course, i did not sleep well last night. Meds r not in full swing yet, so im a little nervous that ill be able to control my mania from escalating into risky behavior w/ being so new to this & not having a lot of tools to manage yet

issue. I have been trying to tell my husband for years that my symptons all depend on how much sleep Im getting. So if your husband wont take it seriously try to talk to someone who will. It can make a very big difference. And always feel free to call your dr. A med adjustment can make a big difference sometimes.
