I've been on my meds for about 5 months now. Once I was regulated on them I started doing really well. I haven't seen my therapist in a while bc of money. I'm starting to feel like I did before the meds again. I'm disappointed . I just want to be happy...why is that so much to want. Things just never go right for me and I'm so tired of that. Im on the max of meds I take...I hate to dissappoint everyone and tell them how I'm really feeling. Overwhelmed and helpless and low.

i'm sorry the meds are letting you down lately. might just need a simple tweak to get you back to feeling good again though.
