My head feels like mush.
I haven't felt like bathing for a long time. I force my self to every other day. I think I"m going down hill. I haven't done laundry even though it desperately needs done for over a week now. I've been recycling clothes.
Now today I just don't feel like getting out of bed or even taking my meds.
I feel like crap.
Oh yeah and it's that time of the month so yeah I have no energy.

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. So many bad things have happened since my mom passed. One thing after another it seems. Yesterday our fence fell from a storm that hit, had to call someone to prop it up. Thank...
I can totally relate. All I do when I'm like that is take baby steps, hell, even if it only means brushing my teeth. I hope this passes for you soon
I would take all of the rest you need while you have your period and if the depression continues get to your doc sweetie..
When you feel immobile you need medical treatment
Do you have a friend or family member that can help you out with some chores for a bit?.. Or would you be eligible for home care?
I'm so sorry you're suffering..
(Sounds like I just reiterated everyone's advice and really have none of my own - lol)
And remember, you've been here before and came out of it!
I am sending the biggest hug ever!! Do you feel it? Do you feel it? :)
And don't skip your meds!
a rest is good for u today anyway but maybe try n at least do a little somethin to make u feel a bit brighter today..take a nice relaxing bath, that way u can still lay down n u dont have to do anything other then relax..maybe brush ur hair n put a cute barrette or somethin in it..maybe even find a cute shirt u love n wear that..
even when i dont feel like showering for days or brushin my teeth n look n feel like a greasy stankin zombie, i try to force myself to at least put on a bright colored top n some cute pj pants or somethin to make me feel a tiny bit better..sounds stupid i know but ud b surprised at what it can do for ur mood n shit u dont even need to get out of bed to put some clothes on..if u got somethin on the floor close by u like ,just hang off the bed grab it n dress under the covers:)
hope u feel better soon take care of urself!!!
Hope you feel better soon.
same issues exactly bar time of month at present, I think we both need help
So far I've just been relaxing for the day. I do need to do laundry soon though.
I get you are feeling crappy but do you think no accomplishing anything might be making you feel worse? Maybe just jump up and "throw" a load of laundry in and start the washer? Maybe when you hear the buzzer that it is done, you will jump up and throw it in the dryer?
I know you don't feel like it, but in the end the action will make you feel better. I always imagine that large pile of clothes growing larger and larger and it drives me crazy knowing it will take 10 times as long to finish it all.
Are you in a place that you need to talk to your doc? If you don't think so and it is just a bad time, roll with it. Know that it will pass and when you walk out of it, you will begin again. Isn't that what our life is about anyway...............always beginning again, over and over??????
From here, you will move forward, one step, than two, than three and before you know it..............a whole load of laundry will be washed, dried, and folded............maybe even put away???? xo
