Hey there,
My name is Ben, I'm 23 and been going through some hardships in the last few years. I hadn't really thought much about my moods changing, but my mom had been paying attention and informed me I was showing symptoms of Bipolar. It is good that you don't drink booze BTW (very de-stabilizing)
The important thing is doing your own research on trusted websites, such as ones by Universities where studies have been done for you to read. My psych evaluation was a little shocking at first and is taking me time to digest. It is a transformational process of self discovery...some good and some bad but all is useful.
Good luck!
