I have to stop drinking and it's so hard. It started out just casual here and there and before I knew it , I lost control. I drank so much last night almost a whole big bottle of pinnacle vodka , and 3 beers , and I was only at this party 2 hours. My dad said he found me passed out on the kitchen floor , my keys and my glasses outside (they broke) with a big gash in my knee and when i woke up this morning I was surrounded by vomit...and i have a memory foam think so all the puke sunk into it. Why is it so hard to stop? I made a lot of stupid decisions last night and I don't wanna make them again but its a cycle I go through and no matter what I do , it always happens again and again. what the fuck is wrong with me?
It is like pulling teeth, but it can be done. I have alcoholism in my family too, so, I know how it is.
