Hey everyone,
it's been a few months since I've been on.. that is my fault. A lot has changed, I left my fiancé. Got a new girlfriend, in a few days I'll be going to see her, we are long distance for now.
my psych said my episodes and symptoms are getting worse. I got denied Medicaid. Not sure what I'm gonna be able to do... we can only afford the devils drug for now.
i had to drop a class for school I got 3 weeks behind in the class bc of my mental health.
i relapsed into my ED, trying to get into the doctors is a hassle. I'm doing my best, sometimes it's not enough.
my new Gf is the best support system I've ever had. She's amazing.
any good work books or books on Bipolar disorder I should try?
any recommendations on to how to be okay again without spiraling. Thanks

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
I would talk with your doctor and see if there is any help for you or see if he can refer you to a social worker.... There might be some help available.... xo
