my daughter is bipolar with mild schizophrenia and i'm looking for a support group for me, i just don't understand her some times and she can be hard to live with to say the least. is this a group for me or is there another group i should join?

The group that may be more appropriate might be the bipolar family and friends group.

Hi Susan l agree with Christa the friends and family group may be able to give you more help though there is nothing wrong with your learning bout your darling daughters mind from us. lt can be difficult when posting as the carer on this board incase it triggers or offends unknowingly.

    I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car.     Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner.  I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings.  But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
