They say laughter is the best medicine. There was a time I never thought I would have a reason to smile again. How about you can you find time just to smile and maybe laugh just a little?
I will admit when I heard Robin Williams has passed I felt I lost a reason to smile. But his legacy of awareness of depression has given me reason to smile again. He was the happiest man I ever had the pleasure to know.
If you feel you need a reason to smile. Try to remember a smile moment... just one. Even maybe a reason to laugh, a moment of joy can go a long way.
Do you have a reason to smile today? Please share it may remind someone else that life is worth living and joy is a possibility. Thanks.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

My smile for today is having my grandson grinning at me when I said good morning! The giggling was an added bonus so I should be good for the rest of today!!
I am the master of inappropriate humor so there is not much I don't find funny. My mother and laughed and giggled our way to the end of her Alzheimer's. We had a ball. I get the giggles in church, formal dinners and hospitals. If I am ever seated next to another giggler.....It's ON like Donkey Kong.
This morning when it got time to wake the weenie dog up and take her out in the -5 temps, she was deep under the covers. As I started pulling her out, she got longer and longer. She just went limp and I was dragging her long ass out of the bed at 5am. I kept pulling and pulling and was never seeing a tail, just more weenie dog. I collapsed in laughter on the bed and she came running out to join the party, licking my face. Just like a slinky she had shrunk back to the little bitty dog that she is.
I always have something fun going on. Let me know if you want more. Maybe next time I'll tell you about when I licked the Himalayan Salt Lamp.
Keep onnnn.......
Smiling through the rain
Okay - it's a little silly but it ALWAYS makes me smile :)
