All lot of stuff have caught up with me revently so i orignally posted in PTSD. However yesterday when i thought all i was doing was catching up on long needed rest, found that i was eating and wasnt consciously aware of minor shopping i did.  Llike i selpt from 12 am to 5 pm since i have been having such anroigh time.


I called and let my afterhours number know because now im really scared with what i am dealing with.

In the past when i would have these episodes i was somewhat aware of what was going on. This is new for me.

I would really appreciate it if a mod cpuld help me find other resources. I have Mobile Crisis and my afterhours number in my phone. I just updayed my info.

I am so sorry you are having a rough time. I am new to this group and site. I have noticed menopause has definitely given me an extra layer of crazy on top of my psychological disorders. I hope my relationships can survive. I hope you feel safe soon and get it figured out. ((((HUGS))))

you don't have a crisis line within your area code? Try dialing 211. A lot of places it is a resource hub and crisis line.

I do but they tend to rush me off since im not suicidal/homocidal but just a hell of crazy and since i dont want so to so much *cope* with some changes... some wierd craps been happening.

Already cuy my hours a week from 40 to 15 so i can try to deal with things.

Okay but is this even considered bipolar still? Because this recent issue feels EXTREMELY foreign compared to my episodes in the past.

Okay. Its happening more frequent where im waking up under a completely different perspective and internal identity since i dodnt get help sooner most of my life has already slipped away mentally. Idk how i can get help for this in which scared the crap out of me when this was more subtle a few montha back.

Like my thoughts, memoriea, emotions, and my diet and activities have already seemingly changed already... so i tried building a psychological wall because after.a while this scared me. Howevet i guess there is so much holding on i can do....

Alex I think you really need to see your doctor as soon as possible or if you can't go to emerg.... There is help for you sweetie..... You need to be properly diagnosed and then a treatment to begin... I wouldn't continue to wait and wonder though it's too hard on you.... Big hug.....xo
