A migrane and some nausea, and now, I can't sleep. I am rejuvenated, but I want sleep. How many BPer's are up this early due to their subconscious from the disorder?? I am normally in bed.

I just never get to sleep before 6-7 in the am

i sm awake since 4am i sept 5 hours straight which is a first for me since Robert passed on my insomna got so bad i had to do something so i went to the sleep doctor and he prescribed lorazapam for my RLS and my legs are at peace i have BP shizo and a bunch of ohter disordes i feel for you BipolarPrincess you know i am your friend so Good Morning to you and i'll say a prayer for you mcate

I finally did get back to sleep because my migrane went away. Took my husband rubbing my head to get the tylenol to start working I guess? I missed group therapy today because I was up at 6 am! I also had a migrane still when I was supposed to be there, and called sick. They told me I sounded sick and to stay home =( I want to be able to go tomorrow! I had two bad dreams one right after the other, without no inbetween. I think, that in itself might have caused my migrane =(

Migraines are the worst... you didnt start any new meds recently did you? just an idea... I find that if the house is to hot I get a head ache... oh wait Im probally a bad example cause I have so many triggers and so many different types of headache/migraines.... if you want any info on tricks to help them go away message me or ask here and Ill let ya know... Cause if I dont watch myself I could go on and on and on

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
