I told him I didn't want to live and he didn't seem to take it too seriously, he just listened and changed my meds. I don't know if this is a good thing - meaning maybe he thinks it's "just the drugs talking", or if it means I didn't impress on him how bad it's been getting lately.
He took me off Zoloft, which I'd only been trying for a month, and put me on Wellbutrin starting tomorrow. 3rd med change in 3 months. Feeling like the guinea pig. My life is pill bottles. Sucks.

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

I feel a bit overmedicated and may start a weaning of my own....2 AP's, 1 AD, 1 mood stabilizer and 1 antianxiety.....way too much. I know the guinea pig feeling.
Hang in there chick you can do this...ox
The very fact that you kept your appointment shows that you do want to live, but you're really struggling right now and need help, and really the best way he can help you is medically. I hope you have the strength to get through this period and that the new mess work out for you. (((hugs)))
I totally relate to the guinea pig thing too, we just have to have faith that they know what they're doing and they are acting with our best interests at heart x
What a dickhead. hugs for you hun!
hope the med change helps, if not go back and make him take you seriously !!
If I saw the same one for two visits it was a banner time-not.
I was taken off the welbutrin to go for paxil which I probably will be coming off of because it isn't doing anything and it has been a months or two now.
I still get the feeling of being a ginnea pig.
Take Care.
Just stay with the program and here it might help more than you know.

acuriousfish - my profile should show Geodon as my mood stabilizer, I'm taking that with the Wellbutrin now, and have Vistaril if I need it.
I really appreciate you all being here for me, your thoughts and concerns mean a lot, so thanks
