I did all my chores for today earlier.....before the
daughter got off the bus....all the laundry.......
Did the salsa exercise before hubby left for work
off my new dance vids.....I can only do the salsa
because all the other ones are line dancing moves
and I don't have enough room.....WELL to make a long
story short I ended up talking to a friend and helping
them out and was encouraged to try to exercise again
Well I ended up doing the ab jam and a half hour later
I ended up with mondo energy and my body stopped aching
after a half an hour and I ended up doing all my cleaning for
tomorrow. Now I am done and get to enjoy the rest of the ride.
Anyone else in a REALLY good mood???

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
said it was probably because of my period and didn't raise my
anti psychotic. Now i ended up with mondo energy from exercising.....pdoc also encouraged me to exercise more.....see
