Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I, too, am clueless what a trophy point is. Sounds like something I'd like to stay ignorant of. Trophies are just dust-collectors in my mind.
You did absolutely fine on your first post. Keep on keeping on. I look forward to learning more about you. Welcome aboard.
This is a good place to come..... The PTSD board on here is good and active as well...… Big hug......xo
I had one of them the other day. What do you do??
Are you under the care of a Psychiatrist, because something is not right in that scenario.
Bipolar disorder is used very loosly in my opinion. That's why I came on this forum.
If you think you weren't DX properly, I'm not sure what you hoped to gain here, nobody here can tell you whether you actually have BiPolar or not. What you can do is see a Psychiatrist and get a 2nd opinion.
Welcome. I hope you find support and encouragement here.
