I'm tired.....I posted a help post and I really want answers to everything I posted, but I am not sure everyone is reading all my posts.....I have a dealing with anger post and I will check the replies tomorrow when I get up. My daughter is sick and she needs me.....I'm going to bed.

Walk up to her, put your hands firmly on her shoulders and tell her to look into your eyee.
Say,"I have been trying to talk to you and you are just blowing me off. I'm extremely upset riht now. I want you to go into your room and think about this _______________." Once I've calmed down, I'll call you out and we will resolve this. DO NOT COME OUT OF YOUR ROOM until I call you."

I had a problem inside a store today, and I over reacted. I need help dealing with my anger, and then the guilty feeling afterwords when I do something or act inappropriately gets me every time, and I stay in the guilty camp for a long time.

I am not sure my husband would pay for more therapy for me.....his hours got cut at work and he was the only one in his department who wasn't laid off, and I am struggling to find a job looking to apply for SSI since I have a hard time keeping a job, and have to wait till OCT 18th to see the shrink that they want me to see for my review....

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
