It was a rough night, and it's kinda hard to believe I'm still here. But for today I'm alive. Thanks to some DSers who reached out to me.
I know I'm very sick, I have a pcdoc appt for next monday but I know I won't get any help there, all I'll get is my meds.
I have to go to work today and it's 112 degrees outside. I'm gonna have to walk 3 miles in it. No wonder I hate life so bad.

i am sorry you are struggling.
I think I need to live in an assisted living facility where I'll be cared for.
But that is not what I long for. I long to live with someone who loves me.
I told my therapist what I needed and she said it wasn't within the scope of what she could do. My pdoc would say the same.

I hate you have to walk 3 miles to work in 112 degrees. If I had to do that I would surely be a much healthier person. I'm sure you are physically fit. Best of luck to you.
