It's still what's going on with my ex. I can't help feeling like he played with my emotions.
regardless now that he doesn't need me any more I'm being ignored. I feel like blowing up but I won't. I will just wait to see how long it takes him to finally text me about something any thing. Before he would always say good morning and good night now nothing.
After driving him from work everyday I grew very attached. Now that he doesn't need me to drive him any more there's no reason to see each other.
I'm so fucking pissed! Why am I the one that gets stuck while he moves on? I didn't even want him around in the first place!
I'm glad he's gone but it still hurts. And I can't just get over it. Every day is filled with me crying and misery. I have no one I can talk to about it. I'm just so tired of it. I wish he never came back into my life.
I know the kids love him and need him but I don't. I don't know what's worse. Him getting lost and abandoning the kids again so that I can live in peace or him hanging around and me being miserable.
I really don't know how to deal with this. And I'm not ready to just go on the rebound. I just don't feel interested in other people right now.
My life was perfect it's making me hate him thinking about it.
There is so much more to this story but it's so complicated I don't feel like explaining it.

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. So many bad things have happened since my mom passed. One thing after another it seems. Yesterday our fence fell from a storm that hit, had to call someone to prop it up. Thank...

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...
But I can't get over him as long as he's still around. And now that he's ignoring me it's eating me alive. I know it's selfish but I just want him to love me back.
I was over him but he started to mess with my emotions a bit. And now it's too late for me. And I told him it was wrong for him to do that to me. But now it's too late.
We even talked about getting back together, but we both know that we can't and all the reasons why we can't. But I still love. He's moved on and I haven't. I don't know how.
If I haven't in 7 years I doubt I ever will.
Hope it all gets better soon. xx
I feel your pain. Go over to the Breakups and Divorce group. They will tell you the only cure is NO CONTACT and a hell of a lot of it. They will have advice for when you are stuck being in touch with each other because of the kids.
I know you are hurting but try keep your mind full of all the awful things he did and all the reasons why you can't be together. Write them all out and read them every day. Apart from that, fill your head with distractions and activities to forget him and place your attention elsewhere.
You know you only got reattached to him because of his temporary kindness and attention when you had to do nice things for him. You know its not real. You have to detox again and it hurts. You can do it, I have faith in you.
Hold onto the hate and anger! Its healing! Don't let yourself be sucked back into the 'if only' happy ever after fantasies.
You keep wanting him, he's ignoring you - and your obsessing - how are YOU going to break this cycle?
he can't and won't - your feelings are your responsibility - no one can make us happy, if we are stable and happy - we can share it, but no one can hurt our feelings without our permission
((((BIG HUG)))) Break the cycle - if you always do, what you've always done, you'll always get, what' you've always gotten...
Your in my prayers and hopes - wishing you peace and comfort, and that you stop replaying the same thoughts, like a broken record. If you want to be hurt and angry, do it getting over him, not wishing for him!!!!
Move on dear , its the best thing you could do for yourself !

You deserve to be treated well....If you're obsessing over someone who continually hurts you some therapy can perhaps help you get to a better and healthier place.... DBT or a cognitive therapy might be good to help you get to a better place....x
