Is there something you can do to today to soothe yourself? Put on some nice music and sway to it, for example?
Princess, I think you need to spend sometime learning to love yourself. If you can do that his behavior will just slide off your back.
Louise Hay says to stand in front of the mirror and talk to yourself. Tell yourself that YOU love YOU. Takes awhile to sink in of course, but if you keep it up, you will see a difference

When you feel better, we can talk about ways you can work on that, but for now, just try to remember who you are and the positive things you have in your life. These issues can all be worked through and you and your husband can learn to communicate better with one another. It seems he becomes agitated with everything you try to do and maybe there are some ways you can avoid that.
Try to fight against your desire to be down on yourself and learn to appreciate YOURSELF as Harriet pointed out. Noone can appreciate us until we appreciate ourselves. It is more about likeing the person that we are then being upset because we cant have our way with everything. It is about learning what really makes you valuable as a person.
Get rid of the meds you are not using or have your husband hide them from you, it is never safe to have a "stash". Call a friend or family member to talk to. Take your daughters out somewhere. Find something that makes you feel good, like your hanna montana music and play it and exercise or dance. Anything to distract yourself in the moment. Then when your head is clear you can work on the issues with your husband. Take care of you. xo
Would your husband go to the doctor with you? I know it's hard, mine won't either, but it's worth asking.
Hugs, Jen

Remember what I said in my hug, compromise is necessary in marriage sometimes. If he is allowing you the other things, maybe you should drop the lunch box idea out of respect, since you know it bothers him. We cant always have everything we want, we have to sacrafice some things for the greater good, which in your case, is peace in your marriage.
