Hi all,    I am new so please bear with me.  I decided that I need to have a more developed support system for my Bipolar 1. I rely very heavily on one friend. That is not fair to him and not good for me, because when he is not available I feel very alone and the depression gets worse.   I also joined to perhaps be a support to others.  So, two goals, and I am very optimistic.  Blessings on all of you.

    So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...
