I can't help it......I eat way too much of it. It's my second favorite staple besides spaghetti......I may be making spaghetti for dinner tonight too. I had mac and cheese for lunch today!

I make my own (trying to lose weight) with whole wheat shells (1/4 c dry) and a slice of 2% cheese on top. Throw in some veggies and voila! It really gets me that 'hit' I need but I don't eat some 90 carbs and fat out the wazoo.

Damn I love mac n cheese!

You can eat it- just exercise for it. I know if I do cardio(hard intensity) for half an hour I burn about 250 cals.

My problem is that if I make regular mac n cheese- I'll eat the whole damn box! I looooove it. So creamy and cheesy! lol

I usually eat like two or three big scoops. IT's so addicting I make it at least 1 to 3 times a week! It's one of my main lunch staples and it's so cheap! That's why I can make it as often as I do.

Eat it about 30 - 45 min AFTER you exercise. Your body actually will burn it off quicker

Your making me hungry I love both, a restaurant called Cracker Barrel makes the best mac n' cheese and my father makes the best homemade spaghetti. YUM

I never had cracker barrel's before. I live up in the states.....in PA. I never heard of that restaurant.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
