I know you all arent my pschiatrists and I wouldnt usually post this but I feel so alone and am in alot of pain..... i cant stand myself and feel that Im not worth having a life, All I do is cause others pain..... I have been on alot of mood stabilizers, antidepressants, anti anxiety meds and antipsychotics over the past year and a few months.... I have only had one "manic" episode where I was then hospitalized and put on mood stabilizers antipsychotics and antidepressants.... Ever since I have been switching around meds and in/out of the hospital.... Nothing has worked for me and right now I have went off all of my meds to try something different because I cannot get any relief from anything...... Any advice, support would be greatly appreciated
I am very sad right now..... Lately this is how I feel:
-No energy, feeling ehausted all the time withoud doing any physical activity
-I am always tired
-dark and gloomy
-I have lost all of my feelings, all I have left is anger and sadness.....My girlfriend and I are just hanging on by a string and at the moment we seem to be more roomates than lovers(we have been together for about 3 years)
-I am always pissed off, agitated, angry and bitchy.....
-My sleep pattern is all out of wack, i stay up most the night and sleep almost all day, I hate sleep but when I get to sleep its very hard to wake up
-I have headaches every day, some days are more painful than others
-My mind is always active and on autopilot, I am very edgy, scared, jumpy, creeped out. Very uncomfortable all of the time
-Sweaty ad anxious
-sensitive to ecess audio and visual
- my mid drives me to being very uptight, angry, awkward, sad..... I am in pain 24/7
-Extremely weak and sore

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. So many bad things have happened since my mom passed. One thing after another it seems. Yesterday our fence fell from a storm that hit, had to call someone to prop it up. Thank...
hang in there it does get better once the meds are under control.. are you in any therapy?.. I found this helped me quite a bit along with meds
Big hug of support for you
Wish you the best, and we are here for you when you need to talk,

it sounds like you are very depressed, your symptoms are very like mine when i am depressed, except i feel completely worthless and do not have a problem with being mad or agitated, this is in no way meant to be a diagnosis as i'm definitely not a psychiatrist or psychologistsdefinitely talk to doc and maybe ask about therapy
i am here if you ever need to talk
hugs

Finding the right med combination can be time consuming and hard on you. I have been on eight different drugs in less than a year without success.
When I am depressed I also deal with a lot of physical pain too. Depression and pain can go hand in hand. An anti-depressant like cymbalta is meant to deal with this combination. Typically, the pain is in your joints and soft tissues. Google "depression, pain" and see what you come up with. Cymbalta is the only drug I can think of off the top of my hat but there are others. (And yes, the pain can be severe!)
I am one of those people considered to be "non-responsive" to Bipolar meds, but I am speaking on the basis of many, many years of experience with a multitude of meds and a specialist in pharma-psychology. I am down to ECT therapy.
Having said this, I must say you are relatively new to the medication game.
Could you tell us which meds you have been on?
Susan
If you think you need to go on holiday (I did once, to many meds at one time i was upside down) do it in a hospital. the Pdoc let me chill for about 3-4 days then introduced one med at a time for like 2 weeks till I was less confused, tired, manic, what ever. BUT I was in the hospital the whole time.
Took me 3 years to get right meds, now we just tweek them if needed. Breath, relaxe, see your Pdoc.
Also I went through 8 Pdocs till I found a Dotc that worked lol
