I have to read and write a paper about cannibalism

i am already freaked out enough about mental illness.
I emailed the teacher and asked if she could change the
article topic because reading about eating other people
is quiet disturbing and I don't want to get freaked out
and end up having nightmares or worse.
What should I do if my professor doesn't see my side
and still says I have to read the article.

Princess, is this for your soc class? What article is it? You may find that it is not as freaky as it sounds...I think it might be an article I've read before, and if it's the one I'm thinking, you will probably find it really interesting.

But if you still don't want to read it, did you end up registering with the school that you have a disability? If so, tell the teacher about your problems, and calmly and clearly, explain to her why the article will be a problem for you, and try to work with her.

But like I said, you might find the article to be interesting. Try to read it (if it's the one I'm thinking of) through the sociological perspective you are learning in class, and not about eating people.

I'm trying to remember if we had to learn about cannibalism in sociology. Recall it more being about poor people and economic stratification. LOL cannibalism would have been more interesting.

Do you think there has been a time when bacon was made out of people?

You should tell the teacher what you want to be taught.
Tell them in front of the whole class.
Tell them what you think of Hannah Montana and Cannibalism.
The link between the two.Compare and contrast.
Sociology is easy-peasy.

Sometimes we have to do things that make us feel uncomfortable in order to get on in life. Take reading the paper slow, don't do too much at once and see how you feel after reading it.

For my degree course I had to interview murderers, paedophiles and rapists, it wasn't my favourite part of the course but it helped me get on in my field.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
