I am feeling bad because for the past three days I been running a manic high, and am now depressed really bad, and my therapist told me over the phone that I need to do things to keep my mind off the depression that I can't always ask for a med adjustment. But the thing is, I am only taking 50 mg lamictal and 125 seraquel. I had to adjust slower than normal to the lamictal because at 50 I was experiencing the rash. I cancelled my therapist appointment three days ago on a manic whim, and the latest I can get to see her is a month later, because she's going to be on vacation. This is the second time she said that I didn't need a med adjustment, and the first time she said I didn't she was wrong, I did in fact need one. I was on 50 mg lamictal and 75 mg seraquel. Last night I also missed my 100 mg seraquel night dose because I dosed off due to collapse from the manic episode I was in. I knew I was going to crash sooner or later, I just didn't know when!

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
