And I"m dieing to get it off my chest. But I'm too chicken.
I don't want to hear the lectures as I"m just not ready to take the next step right now. Still it's eating away at me.
I have no friends I can share this with in real life so caring around this secret is a burden. I'm almost at a point where I'm thinking about telling my doctor about it but I'm scared he will stop prescribing me certain meds and I feel I need them.
But still I just can't tell him.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I hope you can find someone you can trust sweetie.. What about calling a distress centre if you don't want to share it with anyone you know??
We are here for you as well...
Big hug of peace for you...xo
I know I need a serious med adjustment as well. I haven't been doing well for a while now.
But this problem is finally getting beyond my control.
Just wondering.....cuz I have had some really weird thoughts that I thought would get me in trouble.....homicidal thoughts......and I was put on anti-psychotics, and it helped.
I was also encouraged to stop watching the tv shows I was watching at the time.
I hope you can get it off your chest, because it is most certainly causing you anxiety carrying it around, and worrying about it. Good Luck!!
Most doctors are willing to discuss things and hear their patients..
I'm so sorry you aren't doing well..
I agree that if some of this has to do with deep dark thoughts believe me I've had horrible thoughts and even plans at times although I haven't carried them out
It's an embarrassing habit. And it sets a very poor example. I'm ashamed of myself for even letting this happen.
The problem is now I can't stop thinking about it all day long. I know I've got a real problem. And just in time to get my kids too.
Get it off your chest so you can get proper treatment, and some peace of mind
Hugs
I'm thinking about telling my doctor. Not sure yet though.
Talking it over with your Pdoc will probably help you to see, you aren't as "bad" as you think you are ?
In another area:
My regular doctors brother (also a doctor) wants to take away my klonopin bec he thinks I can get addicted to it. Yes Dr. S would you like to go through $10,000 in one hour? and not be able to pay it off in 2 years? Would you like to have sex with 5 men in a week? in your case 5 women?" Your right I guess I could get addicted to klonopin it calms me down.
I get sooo pissed at Drs that dont understand BP!!!!!!!!
Anyway I know you ll decide whats best for you.
Hugs
