Not only can I NOT sleep in my own bedroom at night cause he has his TV LOUD all night long. And now I can't even relax at night/middle of the night cause it sounds like he's throwing barbells around!
I almost had a fucking HEART ATTACK. I've told me landlord about him time and time again, but he keeps at it! I am SO fed up. He drives me up the wall! I SHOULD be able to relax in my own apt!

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

Cops cannot do anything due to it being "private property" as it government housing as well.
She had LOTS of "boyfriends".
I would contact a real estate broker in my community. I would ask what legal rights & possible actions that are available to me.
I would also ask the broker about my broken step.door/ what ever, as to what I can do about it. - to force the property manager to do repairs.
I'm uncertain of time alloted for property owner to comply w the law.
There's also houseing authority. they can step in to make sure that houseing is safe & in good repair & that peace ( quit/peace/safe ) is being kept.
Uncertain but it might be 30ty days that property owner has to comply in. after that time. I would contact an atty. most attys offer 1st consultation for free. it can be by phone or in person.
I would give writen notice to property owner & landlord. I would send it by certified mail. I would get my full deposuit back. yes if needed, I would simply move.In small clams court the Judge might order the property owner to pay a small % of my moveing cost. but that's me.
Oh ya. make copies of everything.keep org. for your records, send out only copies.and date everything.
