I have been feeling so crappy lately :( just horrible :( so tired. Like i just want to hibernate. I took a 4 hour nap the other day and still was tired. I have big dark circles under my eyes. I HAVE to take a nap every day or i basically like pass out standing up. I take soooo many pills. We have bedn increasing the dosage to try to help my fatigue & i havent really noticed any big difference. My bloodwork is all normal. It makes me wanna give up and just ditch all my meds. Whats the point of taking like 12 pills to still feel like shit everyday. ?!?! I know a lot of this is SAD 1 but this feels extreme. Anyone have words of encouragement or advice for me ? :(

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. So many bad things have happened since my mom passed. One thing after another it seems. Yesterday our fence fell from a storm that hit, had to call someone to prop it up. Thank...

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...
but 12 pills just sounds like too much....
i agree with TOMMYMOTT.
Don't make yourself sick by stopping them and then have to start all over again... I would discuss how you're feeling with your doc.... It might just come down to cutting down the dose on a med..
I've found that medical professionals were 'almost' always willing to work with me... I just have to speak up..
I hope that you will hang in there and please don't quit....xo
You have a lot of benzos on your list and they will cause fatigue. Also the seroquel but you usually get a bit more used to that over time.
I don't know what your treatment plan consists of but learning skills helps and seeing those skills as treatment as well helps an awful lot.
Definitely stay on the meds and ask the doc for help. Take care.
Benzos and seroquel do contribute to fatigue like Mark said, so maybe you need to think about cutting those too. I don't know what dose you're on of Seroquel, but at moderate doses (like 400 mgs) it has been shown to be effective for depression?
I have SAD too and I have to say the light box doesn't help me get less depressed but it seems to help with energy. Also fish oil seems to help. Hugs and hope you feel better soon.
I don't like it one bit...but unfortunately we all need our meds.
Just finding the right combo is the hard part. Please hang in there.
