you won't catch me back at a psychiatrist's. there's nothing they can do to help me with issues related to being an incest victim. I hate when I have breakdown, but all I seem to have issues with is obsessively crushing on guys and overdosing on pills. I feel like my life has been treated like toilet paper during a breakdown.
oh, and psychiatric drugs create a nice little inflammatory situation in my left leg. I got up to 400 lbs. so, I can choose to be a morbidly obese zombie or manage on my own. I bike every day and it's helping me as much as psychiatric drugs ever did.
I guess I have to accept being unhappy and messed up. I wish I felt differently.

Therapy can help with childhood trauma... There is a PTSD board on here that might be a good support for you..
