So I'm still feeling suicidal as hell, but I haven't done anything to end my life. I self harmed and quit not even halfway through my work shift. I know I should go to a psych ward but my bills say otherwise. I have a medicine appointment tomorrow so maybe I can ask if it's the medicine pushing me to this point or if it's severe depression. If something doesn't give I'm going to end up doing it because I can't do this anymore. I've wanted to kill myself off and on since I was 12. I'm 26 now and things aren't looking up.

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. I understand not wanting to go to a psych ward. They are very expensive. I know ive put it off for that reason too, but it just made things worse. A lot of times they have payment plans. I know this isn't very comforting, but you are worth so much. You are a worthy human being and deserve happieness. I hope your med appointment goes well. Please hang in there. Ive been where you are, and it is horrible. But you are worth it!

I am very proud of you for hanging on. I know it is not easy. It is one of the most difficult things to do. Sometimes surviving another day feels insurmountable, but you DID survive. You are stronger than you realize.

I know how you are feeling because I’ve been there too. If you can’t do an inpatient stay ask your dr about an intensive outpatient therapy program or IOP. Hang in there. Call the crisis line they really help

Hi sorry to hear that. I have also suffered with wanting to just throw in the towel. But I think of my Son he’s great support. I know I’m lucky to have him. His father my husband doesn’t reality support me

We have a very rocky marriage. I haven’t self harmed since I was young. He just doesn’t even try to understand it’s horrible the verbal or when he ignores me. I think it’s better being ignored.

I also have a support group if anyone interested let me know. I use to run a group with way over 1000 members. Now it’s only about 30-40 slow. Going to be running ads next month. Hope to get to know you better. Lol Jan always.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
