I crave sleep

Every night like clockwork 8pm rolls around and my booty is in bed. And I sleep till 6 am then go back to bed from 7-10 with baby puppy. Realistically I could stay up till 10 but I just want to be over the day and go to bed. 
 Any of you have anything to say about my need for sleep?

I can go into a really deep sleep in the am

Yeah I start getting ready for bed earlier and earlier. I also like getting up in the middle of thee night to listen to you tube. I enjoy my alone time and listening to music. I usually get a visit from one of my two dogs who want to go outside. Doggies are fun and playful in the middle of the night.

Rocket does NOT like the new puppy so they are kept separated. But we are managing just fine :)

I could not sleep at all last night, went to my bed to get to bed at 8 as well and couldn't fall asleep until 5 am. I even went on a night drive around 1 to try and lull myself to sleep and saw it was a bright full moon so maybe that had something to do with it, hopefully I go to bed tonight

Hey I know how good sleeping so much feels , but no matter how good sleeping is for our mental and physical health and well-being, overdoing it can cause long term mental health issues. I suggest you go see a therapist and get proper diagnosis as to why you feel like sleeping so much. You can also go online and read mental health blogs ( I mostly read at : https://yourmentalhealthpal.com/) for guidance and possible solutions as to how to deal with this extra need for sleep .

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
