Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

This is for all us bipolar survivors. I wish I could take credit for this. I went to the dr today, finally. While waiting for my turn I found this book that the center published. It has writings from their patients and it was outstanding. This one is beautiful and I wanted to share it with you all.

I could be your neighbor, I could be your friend,
I could be sunny, I could be depressed,
I could be manic, I could be low,
I could be at the end of my rope,
I could be starting to cope,
I could be recovering,
I could be doing well now,
I could be having problems I don't understand,
I could be too proud to admit I'm having problems,
I could be confused as to what problems I am having,
I could be your neighbor, I could be your friend.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
