I am experiencing great anger.
I am trying not to focus on the feeling - and calm down.
things around town today just seemed so aggressive, angry and
just without any value - it is so weird. I feel like there's nothing I could do
except join it now... and just accept that is how life is. no room for relationships -
maybe I should take some prn meds.
I hope I can ok at work in the am.
