Hubby told me if I spend a rediculous amount of money on an ipod when he collects unemployment I will have to move out.

It's MY Money. Why can't I do with it what I want to do?

If you and he are together and living and sharing your life as Hubby and wifey then it is not just your money. It is both of your money and big decisions should be discussed between the two of you....

why cant you just save some money up here and there and be patient until you have enough to buy one that isnt so expensive? I'm pretty sure he wouldnt mind that. And as far as the whole moving out thing, he sounds a little harsh. A bit controlling if I may add. Bring that up to him in a nice way and see what he may say.

I have a Zen stone- and I LOOOOVE it! It even comes in pink :) It was only twenty five bucks and it'll kick any ipod's butt!

It's comparable to buying True Religion jeans or something like that.

You could just go buy normal jeans instead.

They work just as well. I promise.

The only reason I have an ipod is because my friend gave me his old one.

Princess, you can buy very inexpensive smaller MP-3 players or something like gemi mentioned.

your money is his just like his is yours. It is a mutual pool of money and maybe he is worried about paying the bills, ya know? Be patient and ask him how much you can spend, then go from there. xo

i think that is a question better left to professionals. he is unemployed, you are in disagreement about household finances, you have reached an impass in your sexual relationship, and you question whether he loves you - i think it is time for couple's counseling - assuming you wish to save this.

I don't think it's worth saving......he gets partial unemployment he works some........I can't help my meds keep me from orgasming......I choose STABILITY over a relationship any DAY of the WEEK

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
