Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I think it depends on how much pressure you put on yourself to realize these resolutions. If they're just areas you'd like to improve, that's great. Just don't put a bunch of pressure on yourself. None of us need that lol.
Good luck with your resolutions and Happy New Year!!!
If it is things like, I will paint the dining room or change the carpet in that room or clean out the refrigerator.....those are tasks to accomplish that a list might be helpful for. In this case the list might be quite long.

Now I've given up on soda almost entirely so there's always a way to achieve goals.
I use my calendar alot for daily chores and check it as soon as I wake up in the morning checking things off as I go. I make a point to clean any papers or trash out of my car each time I get out of it and I wash it myself or have it washed every other Monday etc. Once you set your patterns, they become habits that just happen and you dont have to think about it much.
I wish you luck in achieving your goals and hope that 2010 is a very good year for change for you. xo
