how do i get help w/o someone finding out!

i ve been having these crazy racing thoughts about oding and then buying a gun and go up to my moms house and shootingmyselfi front of the ppl that hate me the most until iam dead iam afraid to tell my shrink cause i just got out of 2 month hosp stay for oding 2x and they held me against my will how do u guys deal with your racing thoughts or wat do u do not to act out in this way or how should i tell my shrink w/o her over reacting on me and locking me back up again also when they held me the last time it was against my will so now iam being even more careful wat i say to these shrinks wat do u think i should tell her the shrink

They ar ejust thoughts, someone has obviously upset you.

When I have racing thoughts that a lot more pleasant.

How these thoughts will subside for you

I think these are more than racing thoughts, I think they are graphic thoughts of self harm. I know you don't want to tell your shrink because you've just had an involuntary stay in hospital, but I really think you should tell them. This stuff won't get better by itself and you both need and deserve help.

l agree with wendy you're telling us because on some level it bothers you or you're unsure of the thoughts being right. They aren't right on any level thoughts can too soon turn into the deed not everyone lives with these thought everyday it seems like a sign that you need a meds tweek thats all. You haven't done anything wrong and its better to tell your pdoc at a time when you can be watched and still live at home than wait in fear of being hospitalized until you are so unwell that you are.

Just because you have been in hospital twice doesn't mean you will now so tell you Dr its ok. You don't need to go into graphic detail just mention thooughts of harming yourself to emotionally hurt others who have hurt you. But please don't wait this won't go away you need some tlc.

I agree you need to reach out to your doc for some help
He may just change or increase a med. and monitor you.
You dont want to continue the way you are feeling Im sure and your doc is the one who can help

Came back frpm my hiding because one of my research papers is just about finished and saw this post. Please tell your shrink you are not on any meds. I read your profile and saw this. Just because Zyprexa made you tired doesn't mean you should have stopped your meds. Side effects sometimes go away and don't last forever. Although the sexual side effects usually are permanent but if you're not in a relationship you shouldn't have to worry about that. PLEASE tell your shrink everything!
