I have tons of recipes!
grilled chesse with totmatoe soup in soup grated chesse.
1.) start your rice, because it takes 20 minutes to cook
2.) cut your meat into thin strips. Doesn't matter what kind of meat. I'ce done it with beef, chicken, pork and mutton for sopmestic meats, and for wild meats I've used venison, squirrel, rabbit, woodchuck and racoon.
3.) put the meat in a bowl with some soy sauce, some orange juice, some pineapple juice, some sesame seeds, some mustard power, some ginger powder, some chinese 5 spice, and some cracked chile.
4.) Get your wok (or big ass frying pan) nice and hot.
5.) drop in some cooking oil. I use peanut oil. I suppose anything but olive oil would do. Olive oil would mess up the taste I think though. Throw the meat in (not the liquid) and stir for about 2 minutes just to sear in the juices.
6.) Throw in some salt and pepper, and a couple bags of frozen stir fry veggies. STAND BACK! They will pop and crackle like crazy and you don't want hot oil on your hands and arms.
7.) continue stirring til the meat is done and the veggies are cooked ... not all the way, still green, not brown and limp.
8.) dip your rice out, spoon the stuff over the top.
1.) brown some ground meat.
2.) put it in the bottom of a baking dish
3.) open a few cans of creamed corn and dump it on top of the meat
4.) make some hungry jack potatoes and spoon a mess of that on top of the corn
5.) bake in a hot oven til the potatoes start to brown on the peaks.
