Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
This advice may not help with these papers, but I would also encourage you to go to the disability resource office at your school. You do not need to be receiving federal or state disability to receive these services, you only need to have a diagnosed learning impairment or mental illness. There will likely be a form that your dr. will have to fill out but then you will be able to get accommodations like extra time for assignments, a quiet place to take exams, etc. You will generally get a letter from the office to give to your professor that doesn't say what your illness is, but will list the accommodations you need.
I did this at my school and it TOTALLY reduced the pressure I feel during semesters and stops the school panic.
Your profile says that you go to UC Denver. I looked up their disability office and the link is here:

I hope this helps!!!!!!
Second step. Begin by taking cleansing breaths.
Third step. Depending on the subject matter;
Math: Do only the easy problems
Reading: Read just the first and last sentence of each paragraph.
Forth step. Go over the problems/questions and answer as many as you have time for.
Fifth step. Take cleansing breaths and know that you can only do what you are humanly capable of doing. No less, no more.
Also, in the meantime, contact the disability office at your college/university ASAP.
If you're familiar with the subject...
Outline is first.
Rough sketch of following sentences in paragraph structure.
Finally organize the sentences logically.
You have time for rewrite for at least one paper... so that's cool.
Give me a D- on my last post since I was off topic.
Definitely use that form! That's what it's there for. I know that it is kind of embarrassing, but if it will give you some peace of mind, do it. Good luck!
I didn't know you could have someone help you with accomidations if you have a mental illness while attending collage. I'll have to keep that in mind.
I'm sorry that I'm not able to offer any feed back on this other than how I can relate in a way, but others have given really good support! Best wishes to you!
