WHen I just need someone to talk to and tell me i am going to be okay. ANd not to be scared. I dont need to go to the hospital when I feel this way I just need to be heard and reassured and not ignored or shut out. My boyfriend wont call me and he is not there for me when I need him most. I just want him to call me and tell me that I am going to be okay. He turnd his phone off I think. I am so sad and mad and hurt. there is no help for us mentally ill. I am scared and alone and I just need help.
