hi. Sorry I have been Mia.. I am having extreme pain in my knees/legs. I am in pain all the time and I am not sleeping well at night. My Dr's told me they can't help me because I'm "too young and too overweight" for knee replacement. I am so angry about it. It isn't fair. How the h*** am I supposed to lose weight when I hurt so bad. I am only going to the gym like 2 times a week and i used to go everyday!!!



I am also struggling with severe depression I am supposed to start a new job on Monday. I am praying that it will go well and I can just settle into a familiar routine. I can't get excited about anything. I feel like I am destined to fail.  I am praying that all will be well though.

I am sorry you are in pain and in depression. Try to improve slowly like they say, "Pushing yourself from the table is the best exercise (to lose weight)." Do you have a doctor that can prescribe medication for depression? Or do you have a therapist you can talk with? If your problem is clinical, you need MEDICAL help.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
