I know y'all have heard it all before so many times, but I am so down.
I hate my life so much, I hate everything about it and think about ending it all the time.
There is nothing good in my life only misery. It's been this way for 5 years.
It's been this way ever since I came to Vegas. I never should have left Seattle.
And I've been suffering for it ever since. I know there is nothing anyone can do to
help me, all you can do is listen and for that I thank you.
When I talk to my doc I tell him how awful my life is and all he ever does is tweak my meds.
I tell him every time it's not the meds that are the problem, it's my life that is the problem.
But he can't do anything else. No one can. When I went onto the hospital last year
they did nothing for me at all. I need someone in my life to help me, but there is no one,
I can't take much more of this. I will lose my job soon and be out on the street.
I will lose my car cuz I can't make the insurance payments. Life is gonna get
so much worse, I can see it coming and can't do a thing about it. I shouldn't even
be working, I should be on disability but have been turned down twice.
Well I just needed to vent, thanks for listening

Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo

All I can say is keep fighting.
Never give up on hope sometimes its all we have.
Take it one day at a time one hour if must be.
BIG hugs
Not trying to fix it but throw some things out there...don't give up on disability just yet. I hear the % is high for denial the first two times. And then the third time you are approved....also I think there a hearing if you get denied three times. Some people on here have likely been through to the hearing, maybe they will share some ideas. But I hear it's very likely you will get approved.
Especially since you have medical records from pdoc on treatment with meds.
Question: Does your pdoc support you with the SSDI? That's a huge deal if the pdoc documents that. A written letter by your pdoc saying you are disabled...with your medical records...should seal the deal...
...again just throwing out my thoughts.
Know that we care for you here. I'm glad you reached out to us here on DS so we can support you however possible.
(((((Hugs))))
I see how stoically you face the trials in your life.
You are one of the bravest people I know on DS.
Even though you face tough odds, you still go to work, you stay on your meds ....you are a BP Super Hero to me .
Like Dee said...please never give up !
Rey for disability again....don't give up on yourself !
You sound like the way I felt at my parents' house. That may not seem the same, but my feelings of overwhelming Hopelessness were something I battled Daily, with no end in sight. And I don't do that in other places.
Vegas may be your Achilles' heel, even though I'm sure depression showed up other places, too. Things in your world might could get "worse", but mentally and emotionally you're already There.
If you can't change your circumstances right now, you need a goal of some sort to give you Hope - a reason to get up in the morning.
My disability process took more than two years, almost 2 1/2 to be approved and start receiving it. I got turned down twice, too, and I "almost" didn't go for that third try because I was so discouraged. But I did, and it ended positively!
Also, is there anything "new" or "different" that you have time or money for in your life right now, to give you a mood boost? A group you can join, or something? Doing that has helped me in the past, because it temporarily gets me out of my own head - you know, gets the focus off Me, lol.
I really feel for ya, and will pray hard that something will change.
