...SUCK. They say this is a bad year for pollen and I am having a terrible time with hay-fever. I see my GP tomorrow and am going to get some sudafed 80mg to help calm down the nose. I use a CPAP and cant breath without my nose!

How has the season started for you?

Ask your GP for a nasal spray . . . I use the generic Flonase and it helps tremendously. My mom uses a CPAP and it works wonders for her. There are many of other options in nasal sprays . . . some over the counter, but I haven't had much relief with most of them.

my son gets allergy shots and my daughter and I are on claritin daily. it hasn't been too bad yet but I haven't seen the yellow pollen that ends up on everything outside yet. when it comes i have some problems

Doc is giving me some type of steroid nasal spray I just hope I don't gain weight on the stuff =) She said it has been a bad year too.

My husband and I switched over to face masks for the CPAP machines due to allergies last year.

There are too many factors that can affect a nasal mask like allergies, colds, and other nasal problems.

A friend of mine also recently bought me an IQAir HealthPro Plus Air Purifier. It is amazing! I'll likely be a really old woman before I pay him back, because it is also very expensive.

If you look up air purifier reviews, you will find some that are really good for half the price of the one I received.

Oral tablets are what cause weight gain. You will not have any problems with the nasal spray, I promise!
