Bywena if you're having a medication reaction you may need to go to the ER to get it under control. If it's not been this bad before, please consider that.

Or at least call 911, EMT's carry meds onboard that could help counteract the itching/reaction.

tHANKS It is not a reaction I looked up them I was so upset about the bipolar mood that I started itching it calmed down I was upset I did not think I was strong enough to,live bipolar and the voices were getting to me I calmed down did some deep breathing walked around cried and just had a fit My meds do not work right and I am worried about going on vraylar and the change so it hit me all of a sudden I am calmer now wish I could sleep but that seems to be out for now I do not know what else to do trying to work on some crafts music does not help do not have coping skills to deal with it really feeling sorry for myself just ate some cinimmon toast will have a cigarette and try to relax thanks again I feel better tired thats all

Try to stay cool, so the itching doesn't start up again or get worse. Maybe take a small walk outside if its safe, to help calm yourself. Reading for a bit to take your mind somewhere else or crafts to distract you would be a good idea. If you start thinking negatively or panic thoughts, stop what your doing and re-focus your mind on something positive...a past memory, a funny movie, a song you like, whatever works. That can help you stay calm and not panic. Taking a cool shower then laying down in bed, and breathing deeply with eyes closed and consciously focusing on a positive thought may help you drift off to sleep, or at least let your body rest.

I really hope your new meds help this. Whatever you're on right now is clearly not working.

Feeling better now meds do not work all of the time have not had that for a while
But worried about new meds psoriasis is a little better
I did get some sleep that is a problem too

So sorry you went through this!!!Each day may bring these horrible bipolar excruciating mental anguish.Only us who have struggled through those days could possibly understand.Just knowing there is no quick fix can help to calm me down or at least make it easier for me to try to alter my focus to cope through the next 10 minutes.Today I forced myself to go to my one little volunteer job i do, once a week, 9am to 12 noon. God used 2 ladies i don't know ,with bypolar themselves ,to encourage me of what little i do helped them.Rather than totally isolate today did help. I do force myself to do adult coloring, Even though a lot of times i feel it is a mindless waste of time today i discovered that it was my coping and there is worth in every stroke because i was a human coping and that is good.i have lost my interest in life generally, but it is interesting how just being here has value.
