Corrections:
*oh yes I do. Anxiety is what had me up at night thinking "what if's?"
*I'd lay there for hours trying not to think about it. I know it's like having your brain say " keep going, don't stop" but the body is pleading with you to "stop and get some rest".
I read somewhere that people with bipolar may have a problem with their circadian sp? rhythm. Our bodies don't know when to sleep, when to wake, when to eat, how to regulate our temperature. I don't know if it's true, but it makes sense to me.
Trouble sleeping... yes... but anxiety... no. I went on a cleaning crack binge and have a show I'm totally absorbed with to keep me company... So no axiety. Other than the usual undercurrent of every fraking thing I do every moment of my life lmfao... ahem... kbye
