Okay, I'm a rapid cycler, which is suppose is good and bad. My doctor just added Lexapro back into the equation last week, so it's not really in my system yet. I had a bad bout last week and then cycled. Wednesday through today I've felt great. Now, I'm starting to get that feeling that I'm sure we all know and HATE! I'm doing everything imaginable to hold on to the good feeling. I don't know if I'm fighting a losing battle or not. Any help on how to maintain would be greatly appreciated.

I rapid cycle too. As much as I hate to say it, I don't think that there is any way to maintain that great feeling. Atleast a way that won't lead to more cycling and possible crashing. Try taking it easy and care for yourself. Hug to you!

Wish I could give you some sound advice on that one. I know it's tough and sometimes out of our realm of control, but I agree with Tats, just take good care of yourself.

I rapid cycle too.....it is a challenge for sure, but you know what? It is good that you're having some good moments, since Wednesday. That is good. Try to enjoy them while they last, maybe they will surprise you and last another day or two!! :)
