Just about to start preparing lunch and I don't know what to make. I'm freaked about how expensive groceries are and that I spend oodles of money on food yet it seems we are always out of something.

Tired of same old routine stuff, but seems so outrageously impossible to afford the many different things that recipes calls for.

Feeling better now that my fiance is sticking by me through this rough time.
Having a can of tuna, a handful of almonds and kimchi with some coffee, then off to the gym to train back and biceps.

roast beef, mozzarella cheese and mustard sandwich

hubby finds out more about his job situation this afternoon so hopefully it will be good news

Leftover spaghetti. Didn't feel like going out today.

Don't eat lunch, or breakfast or sometimes supper. I find it hard to believe that I could be getting an eating disorder at age 57. So stopped my topomax....the only one I knew controls weight.
The other prob is everything tastes like cardboard from one of my meds, too. Don't even know which one.
Sorry to post a downer on an upper thread. But I know I have to start eating soon.
